THE STORY BEHIND THE BOWL

YONO was established in 2023. It started as a duo of polytechnic students in business management and food science with a shared dream to revolutionise the world of healthy snacking. We started from a humble idea of a yoghurt nougat bar, hence “YO” from ‘yoghurt’ and “NO” from 'nougat', before we decided to pivot into other food ideas.
